IAB is committed to building cultures of inclusion that support the growth and career development of under-represented students and professionals. To lead change and address this critical industry-wide issue, the IAB is launching America’s first-ever national apprenticeship program for digital media to help close opportunity gaps, place diverse talent into career jobs, and increase diverse representation in future leadership.
The IAB Digital Media Apprenticeship program, in partnership with American Apprenticeships.work, is designed to make workforces in the digital media industry more diverse and inclusive by helping to broaden organizations’ talent pools, provide hiring & employee development best practices, and develop more skills the industry needs.
In April 2021, the program will launch with entry into a career path for aspiring data analysts.
